    Pros

The benefit package is great. There's a lot of hardworking and very good at their job people that work. You meet all kinds of people from every circle of life.

    Cons

The bank is turning into a retail store. Its more concern with sale goals instead of the people that bank there. they give no regards to forcing old accounts into new accounts by changing the qualifications of maintaining the account. The hours of banking are not realistic dues to the fact that processing is closed at 4p.m. and workers have little to no time to balance life and work. Sale goals aren't realistic I'm got against growth but not all the products don't work for everyone for an example an 82 yr old customer who enjoys coming to the bank to do all his/her banking needs and have no clue about the internet will not use online banking because when u know the customer well enough it makes no sense to pressure him/her into getting it. Also if you don't meet goals for the week prior be prepared for an extra early meeting as to why you haven't and still have to work a full shift following it. Retail and banking is different, your customers don't need so many accounts. Wells Fargo taken out all the joy of going to work with a smile to everyday over worked, stressed and wondering if you'll have a job.

    Advice to Management

Stop MICRO managing your employees. Stop trying to make them like there best isn't good enough. Understand that co workers that cant have some sort of balance between life and work, they cant work to the best ability. (For Florida store or store that closed at 2p.m. on sat. that hours got extended) You are paying your employees to do nothing because no one is barely in the stores. If the bank is open 5days a week from 8 to 6. why stay open on sat. til 4. learn from other banks they barely have customers at this time. learn from europe, people understand to do there business early in the weekday and there business aren't hurt by it.

    Pros

Staff is extremely friendly and will ing to help each other

    Cons

Low pay compared to other Banks, Constantly changing bonus structure making it harder and giving out less. Constant threats of write ups dismissal if sales and profit per call goals aren't met. Low moral. Highest turnover I have seen on any job. Managment has even left due to unfavorable bonus structures. Dispitewhat they saw they do not promote from within, and forget trying to move to another department for career growth. If and when you do it typically comes with a pay cut.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees like people not mindless robots. When sales are met give out money not peices of candy (literally)
