    Pros

Opportunity to advance to whatever position desired within the organization. They even provide mentors to help you get to where you want to go.

    Cons

Lots of management watching number; and the numbers are important. Set your own goals and you do not have to be bothered with hitting theirs.

    Advice to Management

Help newer employees learn the environment; the ambitious will excel and the lazy will be looking for a door.
