Pros

Great environment. Wells Fargo employees are so friendly and helpful naturally. I've made best friends here and it's so easy to ask for advice or sales tips. Also, bonuses and promotion opportunities are huge and can happen quickly if you do the job right!

Cons

Very ,very sales driven and competitive. Training for a banker is a month long, but you are still expected to meet the regular quarterly goal even though you aren't out selling or at a desk for a 1/3 of it.

    Pros

Great experience so far, 1yr 3mo with the company, 8mo in production. Compensation and benefits almost 60k for 2012 (+ def comp) approx 12k over median income for my region. Excellent insurance (BCBS). Work / personal time blends together while you're building your book, don't expect long vacations until you do. If you have a decent rolodex and a basic understanding of financial products, all the tools are there to get started.

    Cons

Over-emphasis on asset gathering and fee based accounts.

    Advice to Management

Better integration of Private Bank and PCG would be very helpful, compliance / CAR is a major bottleneck.

    Pros

great benefits, pay and fun people to work with

    Cons

all about sales and its not realistic. all the years i've been there i seen many people come and go. the unrealistic pressure makes people do all kinds of crazy things just to meet goals. still waiting/hoping for company to wake up and change. upper managements all lie to themselves even though they know what goes on. its actually really sad to see all the people that have worked here and cared so much for the customers but eventually to get fired. wake up wells fargo.....

    Advice to Management

need a new set of upper managements and new agenda
