Pros

The training is where the value is for anyone new to financial service industry. you will be pushed to the
limit on a daily basis. The benefits are good as well

Cons

The micro management can really work the nerves on top of the low pay.

Advice to Senior Management

listen to the employee's on the front lines, the are the heart beat of the company
