I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Salary and benefits are decent, and I am able to cover my domestic partner as well!

    Cons

Training was much longer than I feel was necessary and the systems are not exactly "user friendly", but changes are being made, though slowly. I just have to remember that it's a very large company--things don't happen quickly with large companies!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learning by example is the best way to get an employee up and running. Classroom instruction can only go so far.
