Pros

Each district is different and the corporate culture can be different. My area was great. A good balance of work and personal life. Everyone got along well and worked as a team.

Cons

Sales goals are high regardless of economy.

Advice to Senior Management

the negative aspects of working for WFB is out of management hands.
