Wells Fargo gives their employees alot of training to make them the best of the best. They also provide a great benefits program.

Cons

Upper management always claim that family is important, however when it comes down to it Wells Fargo has to come first.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior management need to practice what they preach. They also need to learn to take responsibility for what they tell their team members what to do. They do not always train them the proper way.
