I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (more than a year)

Pros

flexible schedule
paid time off: 3 weeks paid vacation/paid holidays/sick days/personal days
bonuses
experience
knowledge gained

Cons

lots of micromanagement
now at least they put on the app. that you should expect this constant checking up to see how you are doing in your sales etc. overall sales numbers went from 80 to 280 in just span of 2 years.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Less micro management we know what to do your just anxious and nervous because your getting your necks breathed down by your boss and their boss is harping down theirs its how it goes at Wells.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great people work here, who really do go the extra mile. Seriously. Also, it's relatively politics-free, which is unusual for such a highly-regulated business. Becuase the business is all about whether you make your numbers or don't make your numbers, there isn't room for pushing responsibility for missed deadlines or incomplete projects off onto another person or team.

    Cons

Salaries are well below industry average, especially on the non-sales side. Benefit plans are not great.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Seriously look at investing into your current non-sales workforce, with increased salaries and bonuses. Sales teams are making more and more, through incentives and increased comp. Non-sales professionals are still being told there isn't any funding for higher salaries, even though we are making record profits.
