I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Commission, learn a lot about banking, good real world experience, an inside look at accounts, loans, savings, retirement planning, and other helpful banking subjects

    Cons

Demanding sales and service goals, not much wiggle room to help the smaller account holders, thin line between doing what's right for the customer and what brings in more revenue for the bank.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your team as people, not numbers. Foster more teamwork and less individual reward. Don't punish everyone for the acts of a few.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
