“It is a stable company with lots of benefits but it is too sales oriented. Not enough customer satisfaction.”
Current Employee – been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great Benefits. Opportunities for advancement. Closed holidays and sundays.
Cons – Too sales oriented and managers contradict each other and policies are grey.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more consistent. Focus less on sales and more on sincere customer satisfaction.
