Wells Fargo – “Decent for the money, but I won't think twice when I find something better”
Pros
Decent pay, co-workers are nice, management does want to help, decent training before you are thrown out on the phones.
Cons
Communication is horrible--things change and aren't communicated. Different departments are told different things and calls get transferred because each department is sure they aren't the one to handle it. "Help" from Sr. Reps and management is a joke because they don't know but they'll tell you things to get you off the phone.
Advice to Senior Management
Get some training and communication skills.
