You have a great brand to work under so most are not skeptical once you call them on the phone.

Cons

If you do not do well in front of people or on the phone this is not for you. The goals are not easy but very attainable if you get after it.

Advice to Senior Management

Management has their structure and most people do not realize this is put in for a reason. Most of the younger CM's are fresh out of college so they might not see eye to eye with some of the expectations.
