Pros

Reward hardwork. Offer products that have the customers best interest in mind. Easy to build great relationships with customer with an outstanding name to back you up.

Cons

Long hours, recognition for only the flavor of the month product.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recognize top talent and develop them to get to the next level. Too much politics visiblity happening at the upper leadership level. Its not how well you do or how well you serve your customers but who you know that can leverage your way in the next step. Too many good people are laeving because of lack of leadership

    sales goals are very hard to meet unless you have a very busy store

    Maybe you shouldn't focus on how many points team members acquire and focus on the daily conversations we have with customers
