I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year

Pros

This company gave me the freedom I needed to succeed and thrive, even letting people access Facebook of all sites on the Internet. I didn't feel too constrained. The technology was good and most of my co-workers were pretty smart.

Cons

Now that my role is over, I am trying to get another job at Wells and it's hard to even get an interview.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give outside candidates to your company some consideration, speed up the hiring process. It is slow. I will have another job before you interview me.

    sales goals are very hard to meet unless you have a very busy store

    Maybe you shouldn't focus on how many points team members acquire and focus on the daily conversations we have with customers
