Wells Fargo – “Great benefits!”

Pros

Wells Fargo has great benefits and lots of PTO. As a salary employee I received 25 PTO days, plus 6 holidays my first year. The people are helpful and enjoyable to work.

Cons

The technology is very outdated, low morale, and low pay.

Advice to Senior Management

You have the ability to improve many of the morale issues.
