    Great training Great technology systems for both clients and team members Ethical culture among team members

    Some micromanagement Corporate rules block rapid pay advancement Sometimes feels too big Extremely aggressive "sales" culture, and the clients feel it Everyone knows the brand, but depending on the market, the brand may be a handicap

    Regularly seek out your performers and rising stars, compare their compensation to what they could attain in the market, and proactively raise their compensation. This may prevent them from even taking the recruiters phone call, and that's Step 1.
