Pros

Organized company. Strong benefits. Wells lays our clear divisional and employee goals. Working to meet these provide clear vision of performance. Performance is rewarded and internal promoting is encouraged and preferred.

Cons

Huge company. Easy to be treated like a number and get lost in the cracks if you are not careful.

Advice to Management

None really. Running big companies is really hard.

    Pros

A lot of room for self development and promotion. It is high pressure and fast moving. It is not for the person that wants to sit back and get a paycheck.

    Cons

You will get low balled for initial pay if you do not stand your ground. if you know your worth when you go in they may be wiling to work with you.

    Pros

Great co workers, Lots of potential to get promoted.

    Cons

Stressful. Goals could be very high and unattainable at times when traffic is slow. The managers expect you to do whatever is necessary to close a sale. They make you feel like utter crap if you don't make your goals.

    Advice to Management

Stop letting your upper management harp on you so much! Its not the end of the world if goal isnt met!
