    Pros

    A lot of room for self development and promotion. It is high pressure and fast moving. It is not for the person that wants to sit back and get a paycheck.

    Cons

    You will get low balled for initial pay if you do not stand your ground. if you know your worth when you go in they may be wiling to work with you.

    Pros

    Good place to gain experience and move on to someone that compensates more competitively. Pleasant coworkers at similar and lower level without most inner office politics and issues (at least as far as I was aware).

    Cons

    The raises were small and scheduled regardless of merit. Effort to recognize good work was forced from the top with template responses spammed to all employees.

    Advice to Management

    There is no way to keep talent in your business if you set raise caps that barely meet inflation year over year for the best preformers in your company.
