ProsA lot of room for self development and promotion. It is high pressure and fast moving. It is not for the person that wants to sit back and get a paycheck.

ConsYou will get low balled for initial pay if you do not stand your ground. if you know your worth when you go in they may be wiling to work with you.

    Disrespectful when pushing sales goals

    Pros: Benefits are decent and competitive. Cons: Management is very disrespectful to employees, making them stay late if they didn't hit sales numbers. Talk down to managers and employees.
