    Pros

Pros were all prior to merger

    Cons

No career opportunity unless you were very young, zero experience and playing with the right people

Take a few classes in management. Promote a few employees that have experience and worked hard for a change.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Run it like you own it attitude. Opportunities to make significant impacts to the business. Had the opportunity to learn, build my career and build a great team. Committed to providing a great customer experience.

    Cons

Culture has changed since Wachovia acquisition. Not as innovative and more political. The company is so big but they are still trying to operate like a mid-sized one. They won't necessarily mandate certain systems or processes which would help customers, employees and shareholders.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Executive management is good at communicating but line of business execs are not.
