I worked at Wells Fargo

Pros

Great leadership, well respected in the industry. Overall they care a lot about the people who work there and take the time to develop talent. Pay is competitive for the industry. Overall culture is respectful and work life balance is possible there

Cons

Technology can be a bit lagging, talent pool can be somewhat stagnant. A lot of post-merger activity still happening making for re-organizaitons and potential cuts

I have been working at Wells Fargo

    Pros

A lot of room for self development and promotion. It is high pressure and fast moving. It is not for the person that wants to sit back and get a paycheck.

    Cons

You will get low balled for initial pay if you do not stand your ground. if you know your worth when you go in they may be wiling to work with you.
