I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, very competitive pay, unified management team, plenty of teambuilding exercises, great community environment. A lot of opportunity to move up in the company if you desire to.

    Cons

The management can sometimes play favoritism with certain people. Sometimes you have to engage in lame teambuilding exercises that seem to waste time or be pointless.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to keep up the good work. Remember not to micromanage your employees. It's important to maintain an anonymity when doing surveys within teams.
