This is a great company to work for! They care about work life balance. They take the time to listen to what the employees have to say.

Cons

The cons would be the industry itself. The finance world is very stressful in current times however working for such employer makes it more manageable.

    Pros

    Good pay rate, good opportunities for growth/advancement, bonus potential, the training program is very thorough, there are some good managers who really care about people

    Cons

    High-stress, high-pressure sales environment, goals go up every quarter, even though traffic in the branch declines, it gets harder and harder to meet sales goals, burn out is quite common

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    De-emphasize sales and focus more on customer service. The current sales goals are incredibly difficult to achieve without resorting to things like recruiting friends and family to open yet ANOTHER savings account. Service suffers as a result.
