    Pros

Great pay, committed to team member's success

    Cons

Used to be a big company with a small company agility. Over the last few years it becomes increasingly harder to get things done.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Trust your mid level and low level management more, they know what the are doing, understand the risks and are capable of making good business decisions. Not everything needs to be buried in layers of process.
