Training and facilities are top in the industry. Accommodating in locating closest place of employment.

Cons

Stressful work environment takes a toll on most tells and operations managers health. Pressure to sell even when exceeding sales goals.

    I worked at Wells Fargo as an intern

    Pros

    Had a great impression about WF during my internship. The company seems to really care about its employees and customers. I would go back full time. Seems like there was a great work life balance for full time employees.

    Cons

    Such a big company can feel impersonal occassionally. Segments of the business can be pretty segregated.

    Lots of perks such as snacks and 20 days paid off.

    Cons

    Call center environment. Team leads think they are somebody.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't count the time that employees use the restroom.
