I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

there are so many opportunities to grow and advance and very few of those opportunities require a college degree. great pay and great company values. if you're the kind of person that likes to learn and work hard this is definitely a job to apply for.

    Cons

the goals that are set can sometimes seem impossible and overwhelming. very stressful. if you can't handle a high-stress job do not apply.
