Awesome culture, not too much pressure to perform. But experience is king for promotions.

Great experience, really push the value of giving to others (community and coworkers)...at times it was too much.

    Pros

Great environment to work in. A nice place to build your career. Good benefits.

    Cons

At times it can seem like you are not making progress for the greater welfare of society. After all you are working for a private entity worried about profits at all costs all the time. Can make you feel like a bit of a pawn.
