Pros1. Many job levels to advance - great career opportunities
2. Good salaries and bonuses
3. Smart people to work with on different levels
4. Good life/work balance
5. Great management

Cons1. Only $5k per year tuition reimbursement - courses at top schools cost more than that.
2. As in all large corporations - too many layers of management
