Pros

Benefits, Pay, they treat you well

Cons

Instability, in mortgage it is a feast or a famine. There is not a happy medium. No fault of Wells Fargo, just the nature of the business i suppose.

Advice to Management

Get in touch with the little guys and actually listen. The changes that come into affect on a daily basis can be too much to handle.

    Pros

Excellent people with a great mission and vision. The managers seem to really develop their team members given the opportunity.

    Cons

HR is overstructured and can occasionally prevent growth. It seems that tenure is more rewarded than hardwork or knowledge.

    Advice to Management

Re-evaluate the promotional and pay structures if possible.
