I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

it is a job to have in this tough economy. The company was a good company to work for when it was Wachovia.

    Cons

Not family oriented, do not care about employees or external customers. They cut all bonuses, incentive pay, sick time, and terrible benefits. Back stabbing individuals and laying them off is not the way to do business. The pay is awful when you ask so much out of your employees. Everything was ok at first being Wachovia, but after the merger and Wells Fargo took over, the "cut throat" and "back stabbing" began. The moral was a all time low. The people started to not care, because of how they were being treated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop the micro management and let people work. Be more loyal to your staff as they are to you.

    No opinion of CEO
