The vision & values of the CO are great. Unfortunately I feel they get lost in the everyday sales pressure at the branch

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The benefits are awesome! You can receive benefits for almost EVERYTHING! Literally from health, tuition reimbursement (even if your part time), 100% match on your 401K up to 6%, discounts on your cell phone, entertainment, etc. Career growth is awesome; you can control your growth. I received six promotions in 4 years.

    Cons

Often times when managers are “coaching” it feels degrading, almost like were not good enough. I was a successful team member and received payout often, and I was still treated this way. I only wonder what the others team members who did not hit their goals felt like? I would recommend more hands on coaching and less degrading. The company talks about work/home life balance all the time, but does nothing to make it become a reality if you are a salary team member. If you are hourly the balance is awesome. They are constantly promoting events in the community for little or no cost.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The everyday sales pressure does not help our customers secede financially. Live more of the vision and values EVERYDAY, and less degrading. Also 3-7 conference calls per day for the management team are excessive. Let the manager’s manage their teams and quit worrying if they are going to be late for a call.
