Excellant benefits, the customer is number one

Loan Administration Manager II (Former Employee) Tempe, AZ

ProsPeople development and job growth is available, opportunities for those who work hard. More time should be put into hiring the right people for the jobs and then top talent should be retained. Recent changes to bonus structure were positive since your bonus is based on your results.

ConsCorporate, so much focus on everything being done the same which created more people who accomplish less. Top performers were held back by non performers.

Advice to Senior ManagementJob fairs are not the right place to find a large number of talented people.
