    Pros

    Opportunity for advancement
    Paid Time Off
    Paid Holidays

    Cons

SALES! This company is far too concerned with sales. It makes a bad customer experience when tellers and bankers are constantly pushing for new products. It is also a very stressful environment. It is very hard to find a branch with good management, most managers seem to only care about themselves and don't know how to handle the stressful sales goals, They are also claiming to be moving towards "quality not quantity" but they never lowered the sales goals and it is impossible to reach the goals without talking customers into products that might go against your own ethics.
This extremely stressful environment causes a high turnover rate in branches which is difficult for team members and customers to deal with,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

LOWER THE SALES GOALS! They are so ridiculously high and it's causing a negative impact on customers and team members!
To branch management, find a way to keep a positive attitude and effectively coach your team instead of creating a negative environment when things aren't going perfectly.
