Pros

Great selection of products and services available for direct retail and wholesale accounts. Underwriting available online 24/7.

Cons

Difficult to speak to loan management staff during work week between the hours of 3-5pm daily. Unable to confirm management exceptions to loan products during last week of loan closing.

Provide consistent updates on products and services.

    Nice bank hours, got along with coworkers
    Decent Salary to start with
    Good Benefits

    Cons

    Very sales oriented, not much of a service related company
    Company not very flexible in mistakes made
    Difficult to accomplish sales goals and make money on bonuses as an individual and a store team

    Pros

    You are able to potentially earn bonuses if you hit goals.

    Cons

    They do not take care of their employees. Very demanding job that you have to be able to talk people into accounts and other opportunities or get written up. Managers can be a pain to deal with.

    Stop thinking about customers as a number, instead think of them as people.
