I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Decent pay for the required work

Cons

unorganized sales strategy, goals are continuously changing which basically makes it difficult to make your comp. Places you in a position to where it becomes a Catch 22 situation; if you don't hit your min sales, you get scrutinized, if you go above and beyond your sales goals, questions are raised and mgmt become suspicious you are gaming the system.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the Sales strategy and comp plans, its garbage and can make employees feel under-valued, therefore less motivated.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Constantly expanding if you're looking to relocate

    Cons

Work/Life balance is non existent. I was told by my District Manager to take some time and leave early so I can make up for any extra hours I worked on other days. If I did this and the store goal wasn't met by my staff I was chastised and threatened. I was told on numerous occasions that if I couldn't meet goals that I could "always go work at a Best Buy or a McDonald's." If I asked for support to rectify a discrepancy my manager had with our branch performance, it was explained that "the best learning comes through self discovery and not being told what to do."
