I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Decent pay for the required work

Cons

unorganized sales strategy, goals are continuously changing which basically makes it difficult to make your comp. Places you in a position to where it becomes a Catch 22 situation; if you don't hit your min sales, you get scrutinized, if you go above and beyond your sales goals, questions are raised and mgmt become suspicious you are gaming the system.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the Sales strategy and comp plans, its garbage and can make employees feel under-valued, therefore less motivated.

    Pros

    Good benefits, some nice supervisors.

    Cons

Out for themselves, trained to lie to customers as to why we are charging fees, fees, and fees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to lower level employees, and what THEY need to thrive in this high stress environment.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You have a great chance to move up in the company, management actually encourages upward mobility. The position had very good benefits.

    Cons

Wells Fargo is a very stressful organization to work for. They have very high sales goals and if you do not need met your goals management will make you feel like the worst person in the world. My work schedule was constantly changing and it was hard to schedule anything outside of work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not put intense pressure on your employee to make them meet their sales goals. Help the employees come up with creative solutions to meet their sales metrics.
