Pros

Get paid well if you are a producer. Bonus are ok if you can hit very high numbers. Get in and get out if you can as quick as you can.

Cons

In order to be a producer need a busy branch or very creative thinking. There is no traffic and with no traffic hard to make sales.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The overall atmosphere of a branch is typically positive, and in general the company offers employees a good work life balance.

    Cons

Being a banker at Wells Fargo is dissatisfying because the company is never satisfied with any employees performance. You can excel at 99 things and fail at 1 and be kept from advancement, pay raise, etc because of it. The pressure of working here is why the turnover rate is so high, which is unfortunate because most if the regular employees of the company are genuinely nice people.
