I worked at Wells Fargo as a contractor for more than 10 years

Pros

The people are awesome, they keep you busy and treat you with respect as a contractor.

Cons

The 18 month rule is a drawback when you really love your work and would like to stay!

I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The benefits were great. There can be flexible if you need a day off. But beware that the management trumps you as far as that goes. Of course they always approve their days off and you can pick what is left

    Cons

You get two reviews per day. Basically, you are under a microscope and have someone breathing down your neck all day. I was unable to take my break, even though their favorites had already taken a break and lunch. You never doing a great job. They always have something negative to say about your performance. They say there is a big turn over because people are being promoted. I found out from the person that was there the longest, that the big turnover was due to the management there. I would not recommend this job to my worst enemy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The store manager and service managers need to keep in contact. I had both of them telling me two opposite things.

    No opinion of CEO
