    Pros

Benefits are nice especially the profit sharing we received every once in awhile but it was up to CEO and board of directors so don't expect it every year. They match 401k dollar for dollar up to 6% which was awesome and they have a traditional and roth 401k. Work/life balance was great. People are really nice. Health insurance was enough for me and I had to pay very little out of pocket.

    Cons

Too much like high school in the gossiping and who gets ahead and who doesn't. Management didn't like to share a lot and we were treated like we were still in kindergarten. I don't know if this applies to other departments or just mine. It could have been because we were paid hourly. I would go back to the company but not the department.
