Pros

Diversity, Flexibility, and they'll work with you to further your career. They have locations throughout the US and are beginning to advance internationally.

Cons

Limited upside financially, but also a lower limit as well, which is nice. International exposure is limited but growing.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you think is right. Don't follow, keep leading.

    Pros

Great training and quality skills learned from this position. Lots of room for growth.

    Cons

Stressful, low pay, need to navigate within a micromanaged corporate system. Be prepared to be a lobby greater for 1hr a day and still hit high goals.

    Advice to Management

Get lobby directors for northern California.

    Pros

Start out 4 weeks PTO (vacation and sick), 5 weeks after 10 years. Decent health care benefits and choices, flexible work schedule, informal office attire (except people who deal with customers), older worker friendly, encourages cultural diversity (only 20% white in our group of 100 employees), women-friendly, gay friendly, gives 2 weeks per year for you to particapate in charity work. Good severance packages. .

    Cons

Most office workers look depressed all day, going through the motions, Half the day of spent complaining about management or the company in general. Very, very low salaries, especially for non-exempts. Extremely autocratic, Thinking out of the boxes punishable by warning. If you're at staff level 3 (or lower-generally no MBA or CPA if Accountant), chances of promotion none. Slave wages-$10/hr for tellers, $40k for entry level accountants, 1-2% average annual raises, almost no promotions for staff employees (one promo in my group in 10 years). Only "bonus" for non-exempt employees (90 % of company employees is 1-2% 401k contribution. Doesn't hire temps. Little permanent hiring opportunities except for low level positions. Since they flaunt their trillions, and as a percentage. Think of office atmostphere as exactly opposite as what they portray when you walk into a branch and the "suit' is so friendly.

    Advice to Management

Have John Stump spend one full year of his job (any of his execs can do it, he certainly doesn't appear stressed), going around and actually speaking and getting to know as many groups as possible for feedback without reprecussion. Get a closer persceptive of the issues why almost 50% of employees are just working for a paycheck. An on-line employee satisfaction survey of 10 questions is woefully inaccurate. TO WF, GET REAL! STOP WALKING OVER THE LITTLE GUY"
