I worked at Wells Fargo part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

You are expected to bother customers
After you bother customers, you are supposed to hope and pray that when they receive a survey call you get all 5's or you will be in trouble and in jepoardy of losing your job

    Cons

see above and they will also tell you that you will be working part time (15-25 hours) and they will work you 40+

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

A few really good managers are still left with the company. Treated you like an equal Person versus an object. Clean building great cafeteria.

    Cons

Higher management has major ego and chips on shoulder if you choose to pursue another opportunity outside of Wells Fargo and then attempt to come back to Wells Fargo. Higher management seems to sabotage reference and past employment with hiring managers. Parking also is another issue with Minneapolis campus.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice would be to human resources to do something about people trying to come back to a company that they work at for years. To actually have hiring managers go through HR to verify that they have had exemplary performance past.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Approves of CEO
