I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Excellent benefit package, but below average salary.

Cons

Very high turnover ratio. I trained with a class of over 40 bankers and over half of them were gone in less than one year.

    Pros

paid training, pay better then most banks, can move up fast

    Cons

they want you to hit sales that are beyond your reach, if sales arent met you will stay after hours to do call nights until you get something to go through, they will make you sell anything to anyone even if its not for that person. HR is a joke, they will fire you for no reason and not state a reason currently in court with them. This is not a good place to work you will be stressed out completely and if you have a tight home life then you should reconsider.
