I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Excellent benefit package, but below average salary.

    Cons

Very high turnover ratio. I trained with a class of over 40 bankers and over half of them were gone in less than one year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat people better.

    I worked at Wells Fargo

    Pros

I met a lot of close friends while working at Wells Fargo. I guess you really connect when you all hate your job, management and the ridiculous stress they put on you.

    Cons

Everything you've read in the news papers are true. Everyday you work the grind, every 30mins to 1 hour your manager will ask you for your numbers. Don't have enough sales by 4pm? Guess what, you're calling your friends and family members. They pay you crappy salaries and bonuses because it's a revolving door at that place. Stay away and you'll probably live for 5+ years longer by not having to deal with this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be realistic with your goals, the old joke at the company is Jump into January and Fire into Feb.
