    Very sells driven

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more attention to your employees happiness they will in turn work harder and make you bigger payout and don't given the runaround if you promise him something delivered

I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I've been working here for about 8 months, and it's not as bad as many may describe it. The environment can hold a lot of pressure, but as long as you have a strong mentality and are motivated, promotion is always a big possibility. Pay is pretty decent, but then again I'm a college student. Overall, if you want a stable job, can work ethically, and want to continue moving up, this is a company to start or even be at.

    Cons

Sometimes it can get tedious, especially when it's not busy at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The pressure can be too much, I know everyone is under pressure but it can convey in an improper manner.

    Recommends
    No opinion of CEO
