    I worked at Wells Fargo

    Pros

Advancement can be quick, the projects can be interesting and the company attracts good people.

    Cons

The travel is extensive. The company does not support women once they have children. In fact, they start questioning a women's commitment when she is pregnant. The "don't break the chair" and "can you fit through the door" comments are not appreciated.

Exec. Management tends to play a lot of politics with one another.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
