I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than an year)

Pros

The employees and how we facilitate to motivate each other,

Cons

If management likes you then your fine if not looked to be fired, Management is tight and covers each other backs even at the expense of the workers, Management has asked fellow coworker to work out the profitability of FMLA personnel to see which they were going to axed. Wells Fargo turn over rational in my class since there is three left out of twenty two, They say care and there for the people don't believe a word of it.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Resources for any and every question or problem you might ever have.

    Cons

Closing a loan on time is not the norm for them. Reputation they have with other companies in the business is horrible. Almost embarassing to say you work for them. Layoffs are all the time. They get the team built up and then it slows down a little bit and they lay them all off. Then they don't have the manpower to close loans because they are either training a new batch or just laid them all off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get on the same page. Support each other and work as a team. Work for the customer.

    Pros

Stable amount of hours. Great co-workers
    Great benefits
I would recommend for anyone that's in college to work here part time.

    Cons

Your entire work life is dependent on how well your managers lead. The micro managing style that our managers are forced to use makes you feel belittled and small.
This isn't coming from someone who struggles at their job.... I am coming off a great quarter where I lead our region in sales. Even then I am babysat and walked and out of everything I do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be there for support. Not to babysit

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
