banking high expectation but that's everywhere. Rude customers thinking that we are personally taking their money when they're being charged with overdraft fees

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

In my line of business, there is nothing positive to add.

    Cons

The policies are not detailed enough to complete your job function. The credit policies and work rules are not current or accurate. When management was made aware of this concern they simply stated it is a "gray" area and polices can not be written for everything. The training provided can be classified as inadequate and did not cover the topics/line of business we were working in.

    Pros

The employees and how we facilitate to motivate each other,

    Cons

If management likes you then your fine if not looked to be fired, Management is tight and covers each other backs even at the expense of the workers, Management has asked fellow coworker to work out the profitability of FMLA personnel to see which they were going to axed. Wells Fargo turn over rational in my class since there is three left out of twenty two, They say care and there for the people don't believe a word of it.
