Pros

No positives to working at this company.

Cons

Your morals will be challenged. Unethical sales practices. No work-life balance. Compensation non-existent. Stressful. Although it's a large company, there isn't much room for career growth unless you know the write people and play the aggressive sales game. Astronomical goals that aren't obtainable unless you practice unethical selling and you compromise your own morals.

    Pros

Solid brand and reputation. Very good benefit package. Good basic job training and internal support network . Supports volunteer activities. Enjoyed coworkers.

    Cons

Micromanagement at its most detailed. Sales goals that must be met whether the customer wants or needs the products. Service sacrificed for sales. High turnover in all positions. It's a color-by-the-numbers workplace, no room for creativity or individual initiative. Plug in and turn off your individuality; do what you're told just as you're told to do it and you'll have a long career.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management training desperately needed. Being good at sales does not make one an effective manager. Micromanagement rampant on every level. People aren't pegs to just plug in anywhere. Really get to know employees skills and previous experiences so they can be put to good use. You know sales pressure is causing many to act unethically. More needs to be done to ensure an environment that supports ethical behavior. Just firing the few you catch doesn't solve the problem. Very demoralizing for the majority of honest employees.

    Pros

Benefits, nothing else really except maybe a good example of why not to work for a commercial bank.

    Cons

HIGH sales that raise every year, the whole company is based on how many people you kiss up to.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take care of your employees
