I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Big company name to put on our resume. (Good resume builder)
A lot of opportunity to move to other departments if you have connections

Cons

Lower pay than all competitors to my knowledge
Yes men and incompetance is how you move up
worried more about fluff stuff than actual sales and performance numbers
If your making large bonuses, you will be under the microscope

Advice to ManagementAdvice

doesnt matter, opinions have been voiced and ignored for as long as i've worked here. If changes for the better are to happen(very few) it takes years for them to happen.

I worked at Wells Fargo part-time

    Pros

Depends on branch, but where I worked in La Habra, the branch was very warm and everyone got along great.

    Cons

It's bank, so expect very strict regulations when it comes to what you can and can't do. Other than that, it's not a bad gig.

I have been working at Wells Fargo (more than an year)

    Pros

Strong company brand. Opportunities for growth. Can work from home or office. Lots of support but you must be self starter and ask for help.

    Cons

Office culture is horrible. Lots of bullying and cliques and management does nothing about it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire people that are qualified for the position and can lead a team. Consider getting rid of the people who are not there to work and are cancerous to the team.
