I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Good Benefits and discount program.

Cons

Hiring to many people without banking experience and then only training them to sell.
New people have no real understanding of banking laws or terms.
Don't really care about customers only care about the next sale.

I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time

    Pros

The best thing about working here as a teller is that they work around your schedule. So if you have school or anything come up they work around that, another good thing is the bonus checks from making sales goals. At my branch, my coworkers turned into some of my best friends so that was also a pro. But if you're on the banker side, it's pretty competitive.

    Cons

SALES GOALS! All Wells Fargo cares about is there sales goals and if you made them. Also, the pay is low. Every other bank starts you off higher than Wells Fargo.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lessen up the goals, you stress out your employees more than they need to be. Wells Fargo has the highest goals in sales out of all banks, and has the least paid bankers/tellers. There's something wrong there.
