Current Employee - Personal Banker I (SAFE) in Flagstaff, AZ
Current Employee - Personal Banker I (SAFE) in Flagstaff, AZ

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Great Benefit package and opportunity for growth

Cons

Sales are pushed to the point of relentlessness. High Turnover for Tellers and Personal Bankers

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't forget that your employees are there for your customers. If you wanted Tellers to SELL and make quotas for those sales, you are not hiring tellers for customer service, you have made them sales folks not customer service oriented tellers. Customers are getting upset because you are making a teller sell instead of having them truly help with money transactions.

Doesn't Recommend
Negative Outlook
Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Many opportunities to advance your career because it is a big organization. Participated in many charity events.

    Cons

The exempt position, the hours usually run over 40 hours/week. It is not so great if you are in the low salary range.
